CORN CHEESE BALLS RECIPES


INGREDIENTS


  1. 0.75 cup - Crushed sweet corn
  2. 0.50 cup - Cream style sweet corn
  3. 2-3 tablespoon - Mozzarella cheeese grated
  4. 1/2 cup - Spring Onion (chopped)
  5. 1 tablespoon - coriander leaves (chopped)
  6. 0.5 tablespoon - Red chilli flakes
  7. 1 teaspoon - salt
  8. 1 tablespoon - Cornflour
  9. 1 cup - Cornflakes (coarsely crushed for coating)
  10. 3 cup - Oil


METHOD
1. Take sweet corn in a bowl. Add cream style corn, spring onion with greens, coriander leaves, chili flakes, salt, cheese, and cornflour and mix well.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

3. Divide the corn-cheese mixture into equal portions and shape them into small balls

4. Coat the balls with the cornflakes and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

5.Serve hot.
