EGG PEPPER MASALA



Ingredients

4 pcs - Eggs (hard boiled, peeled and halved)
1 tablespoon - Crushed black peppercorns
2 tablespoon - Oil
1/2 teaspoon - Fennel seeds (saunf)
1 teaspoon - Coriander seeds
1-2 cup - Green chillies (slit)
10-12 pcs - Curry leaves
1 pcs - Medium onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon - Red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon - Turmeric powder
1/2 cup - Tomato (puree)
cup - Salt (to taste)
cup - Fresh coriander sprigs (to garnish)

Method

1.Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add fennel seeds and coriander seeds, mix and sauté well.

2.dd green chillies and curry leaves, mix and sauté till leaves crackle. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent.

3.Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add tomato puree, mix and cook for a minute.

4.Add salt and mix. Add eggs, mix lightly and cook for 1-2 minutes.

5.Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
